A mindful class to help reducing stress and negative feelings.
The class will be in slow and light body motion with yoga breathing. Through out these combination of practice, we hope to reset mind to neutral and regain quality of sleep.

A class with full body motion. From basic stretch to regain muscle strength.
Full range of body movement, from head to toe, stretching and muscle engagement.
All Level.
Be Your Own Therapist - BYOT
Deep stretching and enhance body motion improvement (improve body flexibility with strength, ie mobility).
The class will merge yoga with pilates and may use pops to assist when nesscessary. Also, improve your muscle awareness, refine your muscle control so you can feel more motivated and energetic again.
Intermediate Level.
Full range of body movement within with focus on building up muscles strength. Upbeat stream of motions to stimulate cardio-respiratory system, target to re-built your metabolic system and improve body shape.
All Level.
Yoga Wheel is the pop will use in the class. It fun to move with a little toy. This is to regain the strength in muscle control via different asanas. In some of the asanas would help to improve body posture, for example hunchback position. It is also very good to use it as a tool in training balancing postures.
All Level.
A class that will help you to prepare for baby delivery. To help pre-mama to build up the right posture to carry the baby without hard feeling on your back, legs etc. Practice the right breathing method for the process of giving birth.
